Mr. TGS Mahesh is the Founder of Raja Rajeshwari Institute of Medical Sciences – Girls , established in collaboration with an NRI group of doctors with the vision of advancing medical education and healthcare while promoting women’s empowerment through higher education. The institution focuses on providing quality medical education and professional opportunities specifically for girls and women, contributing to their social and economic empowerment.
A first-generation technocrat entrepreneur and investment banker, Mr. Mahesh has diversified interests across sectors including petrochemicals, distilleries, information technology, healthcare, and medical education. He hold a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Andhra University (1987–1991) and completed the Executive MBA Program at Harvard Business School (2006–2007).
With over 25 years of global professional experience across IT, telecommunications, manufacturing, banking, and financial services, he has worked with leading multinational organizations such as IBM, Oracle, PwC, JP Morgan, KPMG, and Merrill Lynch, managing several international projects across the USA, Europe, Singapore, and India. He is an active member of several leading industry and business organizations, including the Indo American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Indo Pacific Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IPCCI), Indo German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC), Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC), Global Forum of Commerce & Industry (GFCI) Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), South India Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SICCI), and Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI).

DR. Krishna Rao holds a doctorate from Andhra University and an impressive 34-year career in Teaching and Senior Administrative roles in the fields of Science, Engineering, Management, and Healthcare. Throughout his professional journey, he has stood out as a dedicated researcher and a compelling motivator, spearheading numerous training workshops and seminars. These events have been specifically designed to foster innovative teaching techniques among both national and international faculty members.
His extensive service record spans across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Telangana, where he held prestigious positions such as Dean and Director. Notably, Dr. Rao has been instrumental, shaping the academic landscape during his association with Raffles Education Corporation in Singapore. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in international collaborations and creating academic excellence in Engineering Education.
DR. Rao is a staunch advocate for technology-driven pedagogy, emphasizing Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Project-based Learning (PBL). His commitment to knowledge integration and dissemination is unwavering, evident through his versatile experience across Science, Engineering, Management, and Healthcare domains.
Dr Rao has consistently championed proactive educational methodologies throughout his tenure at various institutions. His pursuit of professional development led him to successfully complete the Healthcare Senior Leadership Programme at Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore. Furthermore, he holds the active position of Vice President in the Telemedicine Society of India, Telangana Chapter, Hyderabad.
Dr. G. Savitha Sukhdev is a highly respected medical professional and Director – Hospital Operations with over 38 years of extensive experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care with exceptional dedication and compassion. She completed her MBBS from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, and has built a remarkable career in healthcare services, hospital operations, and public health awareness. Known for her strong leadership and commitment to community health, she served as the Proprietor of Suraksha Blood Bank, Hyderabad, which was honored with the prestigious Best Blood Bank Award by Lions Club Hyderabad in the year 2000 for its outstanding service and contribution to society. She also established Saraswathi Diagnostic Centre in Hyderabad as Proprietor, which was recognized by the Government as an NGO for conducting AIDS awareness programs and promoting First Aid education among communities. As the Founder and Chairperson of Chiraag Healthline Services, Dr. Savitha has consistently worked toward improving healthcare accessibility and public health education. She successfully conducted inter-school competitions focused on creating awareness about First Aid and health safety among students. She has actively organized numerous blood donation camps across Hyderabad in coordination with Lions Club Hyderabad, attended by dignitaries from various sectors, promoting the importance of voluntary blood donation. Her dedication to public health awareness extends to conducting seminars in various Government organizations such as Aviation Training Centre, Dundigal, Railways, and educational institutions like JNTU and ITIs, in collaboration with National AIDS Control, Hyderabad. Her lifelong commitment to healthcare, service, and social responsibility continues to make her a respected leader in hospital operations and community health development.
Dr. Thalka Narsing Rao, is a highly respected academic leader and medical professional with over four decades of extensive experience in medical education, academic administration, and orthopedic practice. Widely recognized as a famous practitioner from Karnataka, she has earned an excellent reputation for her dedication to women’s healthcare, clinical excellence, and compassionate patient care. She has served with distinction in several prestigious medical institutions across Hyderabad and surrounding areas, providing expert care in Obstetrics and Gynaecology while handling a wide range of complex maternal and gynecological cases with precision and professionalism. Currently serving as the Medical Superintendent in a medical college, Dr. Uma Devi brings vast experience in Hospital Administration, academic leadership, and healthcare management. Her strong administrative capabilities have contributed significantly to improving institutional standards, patient care systems, and medical service quality.
