Recognizing critical gaps in medical education across the country, he joined the Medical Council of India (MCI) to drive transformational reforms in the functioning of over 500 medical colleges, responsible for graduating nearly 50,000 undergraduate and 20,000 postgraduate doctors annually. He also led the national committee addressing medical negligence among doctors. He holds a super-specialization in Public Health from AIIMS and has contributed internationally under Government of India directives in Nepal for Rabies Control, the Philippines for rehabilitation of volcano victims, and in countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Kenya, Uganda, Bahrain, Dubai, and Mauritius for exchange of medical education and public health practices. Dr. Prasannaraj successfully spearheaded WHO-sponsored Leprosy Control Programs in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, led the University TALK AIDS initiative under the Ministry of Health and HRD for AIDS awareness and control, conducted UNICEF-sponsored Immunization Program evaluations in Karnataka, and managed the WHO-sponsored Guinea Worm Eradication Program in Rajasthan.

He completed his MBBS and pursued his post-graduation in Community Medicine, building a strong foundation in medical education and healthcare service. He holds a Ph.D. from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, completed in 2002, and has built a remarkable career dedicated to academic excellence and innovation. He has served in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, and is currently serving in Telangana at the rank of Dean and Director, contributing significantly to the growth and development of higher education institutions. Dr. Krishna Rao has closely worked with Educomp Raffles Higher Education Ltd., a prestigious joint venture between Educomp India and Raffles Education Corporation, Singapore, where he played a key role in driving technology-based excellence in education and strengthening collaborations with national and international institutions. She completed her MBBS from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, and has built a remarkable career in healthcare services, hospital operations, and public health awareness. Known for her strong leadership and commitment to community health, she served as the Proprietor of Suraksha Blood Bank, Hyderabad, which was honored with the prestigious Best Blood Bank Award by Lions Club Hyderabad in the year 2000 for its outstanding service and contribution to society. She also established Saraswathi Diagnostic Centre in Hyderabad as Proprietor, which was recognized by the Government as an NGO for conducting AIDS awareness programs and promoting First Aid education among communities. As the Founder and Chairperson of Chiraag Healthline Services, Dr. Savitha has consistently worked toward improving healthcare accessibility and public health education. She successfully conducted inter-school competitions focused on creating awareness about First Aid and health safety among students. He has successfully performed and assisted in over 250 live related and cadaver renal transplantations, establishing himself as a leading expert in transplant surgery and advanced urological procedures. His surgical proficiency includes laparoscopic urology, PCNL, URS, TURP, and other complex genito-urinary surgical interventions. Currently serving as the Head of Department of Urology at Renova Century Hospital, Hyderabad, he leads the transplant unit and oversees clinical protocols, surgical outcomes, and patient care standards with excellence and precision.
